The Men’s Ministry at the Church in the Falls is designed to bring the men of the congregation together to build relationships on a deep spiritual level. All men are encouraged to attend events like the Men’s Prayer Breakfast, Men’s Retreat and accountability groups to walk closer with God and lean on each other, sharing the burdens all men face.
MEN’S PRAYER BREAKFAST
The Men’s Prayer Breakfast is a great time for the men of our congregation to gather and share a meal and fellowship. In addition to the good food there’s always time to get things off our chest and discuss topics brought up by a guest speaker or a speaker from among us. We meet at 8:30am on the first Saturday of the month. All men are invited to attend!
MEN’S RETREAT
The Men’s Retreat is designed as a time of real male bonding. In a seminar– type setting we discuss a wide range of topics each pertinent to the many facets of being a man of God. And of course there’s good food! It’s an overnight affair that usually begins on a Friday night and ends on Saturday afternoon. The Men’s Retreat is one of the best ways to reinvigorate your commitment to being a man of God.
ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS There are various small groups of men who meet on a regular basis to encourage each other in their walk with God. They pray for each other and encourage one another to walk with integrity and to honor God through their lives. They also develop deep friendships as they live out the one another scriptures found in the Bible.
